Elleza Kelley is an assistant professor of English and Black Studies at Yale University. Her forthcoming book, Flight Lines: A Poetics of Black Space (Duke University Press, 2026) traces the relationship between black geographies and black aesthetics in African American literature and visual art. Her scholarly and public writing can be found in Antipode: A Radical Journal of Geography, ACME: An International Journal for Critical Geographies, ISLE Journal, Souls, The Yale Review, and elsewhere.
