Maria Luiza de Barros is an architect and urbanist, researcher, curator, and music selector. In constant pursuit of interdisciplinary approaches to the city, her work moves across theory and criticism, urban planning, and architectural culture. She holds a PhD in Architecture and Urbanism from the University of São Paulo (FAU-USP) and a Master’s degree in Geography from the Federal University of Espírito Santo (UFES). She is the founder and director of projects at Outernational Vibration, an independent platform for research and cultural practices. She is also an professor at the Escola da Cidade School of Architecture and Urbanism.
