Akeem Flavors

PhD candidate in Art History & Archaeology, Columbia University

Akeem Flavors is an archivist and art historian interested in Black visual culture and the history of photography. He holds a BA and MA in Art History and is currently a PhD student in the Department of Art History & Archaeology at Columbia University. His research currently focuses on the intersection of, and relationships between, archives, photography, and the African diaspora.
