Yancey Red Corn, an Osage Nation citizen, is an actor, producer, and storyteller. He starred as Chief Arthur Bonnicastle in Killers of the Flower Moon and walked the red carpet at Cannes and the 2024 Academy Awards. A SAG-AFTRA member, he also appeared in Reservation Dogs and The Huntsman.
Son of novelist Charles Red Corn and renowned Caddo potter Jeri Red Corn, Yancey is helping adapt his father’s novel, A Pipe for February, for audio, stage, and TV, mentored by Martin Scorsese. He recently completed the audiobook with his sister, Dr. Moira Red Corn.
An Osage Name Giver for the Eagle Clan, he has participated in the I’nLonSchka ceremony since childhood. CEO of White Buffalo Alliance, he received his bachelor’s from the University of Oklahoma where he continued his studies in Federal Indian Law at their law school. He resides in Norman, OK.
